SIMPLE & EASY TIPS FOR TUESDAY
Take care of the basics. The human body has several basic needs. I am more than sure you have heard them all. I have outlined 3 that many people tend to talk about, but do not do.
Get adequate rest. Yes i know, i am a little guilty of this one myself. There is so much info available concerning the importance of resting or sleeping. Just keep in mind the body’s immune system can be positively or negatively influenced. Also for you pill poppers, sleeping pills are not the answer because you do not get the much needed hormone replacement and regeneration that you become from natural sleep.
Take care of your teeth and overall oral hygiene. You maybe did not know that problems with certain teeth can cause pain in your hips, back and even your knees. Talk with your dentist during your next appointment. I am quite sure you all go at least 2x per year?
Go to your doctor. Just be aware that your doctor can not perform miracles and will not have all the answers, but despite the time involved, the visit to the doctor when you are sick is the best thing to do. There is no super hero award for being able to say you have not been to your doctor in 5 years or something.
