1. Establish a routine – yes, it is that easy!
If you constantly change your diet and workouts, your body will always be trying to keep up. This can end up pushing your weight in all directions. Your body will lose fat easiest when it feels safe – so establish a weekly routine for your workout and stick to clean food.
2. If you’re not seeing results, just eat less. Girl, you are so wrong!
Eating too much, is just as bad as not eating enough. Sounds strange? No it isn’t. If you do not eat enough, you stress your body. At the same time, you will feel exhausted because you are not fueling your body, and then become frustrated because you are training hard at the gym while seeing zero progress. Learn your lesson: eat the right food – and eat!!!
3. The more I train, the faster I get results.
Training too much (you do not need 2-3 hours per day) will have the same result as not eating enough – it will stress out your body. If you train too much for the amount of food you eating, your body might move to a kind of “emergency” – and will try to keep as much fat as possible. Again – be consistent, don’t stress your body.
