PILATES IS MY THERAPY
You always think about Pilates as just another way of working out. Well, I do not share this view.
Pilates is my love and passion. I love teaching Pilates. I love doing Pilates. For me, it is not just an exercise, but the foundation of fitness, a lifestyle, the best thing that can happen to your body.
Pilates will teach you how to really move your body. It will teach you how to prevent injuries. It will heal your body – and for some, it also heals the mind.
Let me quote Joseph Pilates: “If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young. With Pilates, you will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”
