MY PASSION FOR FITNESS FOOD – A FEW PERSONAL WORDS
Eating healthy has always been an important part of my life. Even as a young boy I always had interest, but not the know-how on how to properly do it.
I can remember as a college football player, I would eat a massive amount of food each day, along with weight traininig two times a day – well, I looked very fit. But for some reason, despite my strength, quickness and cardiovascular endurance, I always felt not 100% energetic or healthy.
After my college football career ended, I made a commitment to healthy eating – for my body, health, but most important for my energy.
With this same commitment I wrote the „Fitness Food“ book two years ago. It was sold out for several months – but is now available at both studios again.
If you are a sporty woman, it is definitely worth reading. Have a glance yourself!
