So you made it through the first four weeks of training after a long, long Covid-19 break. Now it is time that SYPC puts you back on track to shed whatever is holding you back so that you can transform your body, your health and maybe even your life. Do not measure your life in „before“ and „after“ photos. Instead, look at fitness differently. You are in a constant state of improvement. Nobody can stop you. You are more energy, more smiles, more abs, toned, lighter, stronger. Learn to love the fitness journey.We are with you, all the way on your individual fitness journey. As of July 12, class times for most workouts will be back to „normal“, meaning between 45-60 min. But we definitely keep some of the hot quickies that you loved so much even before the break.Do not forget that we are not just two clubs – we are five studios (rooms) and hundreds of different classes, from Cardio and Barre to Calisthenics, Pilates and Yoga.
