JUST A FEW THOUGHTS…
Let’s take a look at the fitness industry by asking a few questions: When did being fit become a modelling contest? Why are celebrities the new fitness experts? Does showing off in a bikini on social media make you a good instructor? Why are you willing to pay EUR 150 for one girls night out, but only EUR 19,99 per month for your fitness training? Why does having a million followers on Instagram make you a nutritionist? What the …. are workouts with your favorite Instagram star? Somehow today everybody seems to be a Personal Trainer, a fitness expert or a nutrionist.
Qualifications of these fitness experts? Well, a lot of followers on social media, they can fit in the tightest pair of jeans, they show off a six-pack and want to “inspire” people to look like them. Another easy question: How many fitness studios do you know that are owned by fitness professionals and not by a group of people who want to maximize profits?
I firmly believe that I have a responsibility when dealing with the health and the bodies of my customers – it is not just a matter of earning as much money as possible. I gained a lot of qualifications during my studies and I am always learning and researching to get better at what I do – so that I can help my customers better with their workout.
I don’t want people to do exercises wrongly. I feel responsible for what I do . I want my SYPC ladies to feel the energy and happiness that exercises and clean food bring.
Try out yourself. More I do not want to say.
