Looking back into 2018 I wanted to thank you for your motivation throughout the year!

I re-joined SYPC in February, lost around 8 kg by beginning of summer, found back to a healthy lifestyle and most important stayed with these new habits.

For the first time in my life I am on holiday and whenever I look at pictures of me at the beach I feel alright. I do not look like a supermodel but that does not matter to me as long as I am healthy and happy.

Thanks again Roy for your support, keep up the great atmosphere and your smile and have a wonderful 2019.
