ABOUT CHANGING YOUR BODY….OR IS IT MORE ABOUT CHANGING YOUR LIFE?
The ladies in the studio always ask me so much about how they can change their bodies, get rid of the little belly, the butt they do not like, the thighs….whatever. I only have one answer for this: it is not about changing your body. Think more about changing your attitude towards life.
Because in fitness there is only one truth: it does not matter where you are starting from or what your current fitness level is and It doesn’t matter how much you have or have not been doing prior to starting with your workout routine.
The best thing is: you have already decided that you want to change something and you can start from exactly where you are.
The only rule that I have? You have to give it all. You must push it every day. You have to love the fact that it is a process, not a one-day thing.
On some days, it may challenging for you, but, lady, stop making excuses. Get out of your comfort zone and make it happen.
Your body will change. And your life will change. Because you found your inner strength.
