Well, SYPC is your game changer with our new class that celebrates the human body. Strength training through natural body weight exercises (CALISTHENICS) with and without assistance of the Pilates Chair (CHAIR). This is a one of a kind workout that you will find nowhere else!
Calisthenics involves performing movements that use your own body weight for resistance in order to increase muscle strength and size. Building muscle increases your metabolism, because your body uses calories to build and maintain muscle mass; it doesn’t do that with fat. The more muscle you build with calisthenics, the more efficient your metabolism. And you will learn to be in control of your own body – how it operates and how it looks.
