Supermodels love to eat clean breakfast – and you should do, too. Fresh, juicy blackberries are hitting the supermarkets right now (frozen ones will do the trick, too). Bring them home and make this goodness: an unbelievably creamy blackberry smoothie.

It’s healthy, easy to make and a great way to start off your day. And I have to admit – I am in love with the purple color.

Zutaten:
½ Tasse Haferflocken
1-2 Tassen Milch
1 Tasse frische Brombeeren
1 gefrorene Banane

Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten in den Mixer, ca. 2-3 Minuten auf höchster Stufe mixen – fertig. Wer es etwas süsser mag: ggf. etwas Honig zugeben.
